Brandy Old Fashioned
2 oz. Charred Barrel Brandy
3 Dashes of Classic & Orange Bitters
Gently stir the brandy and bitters, serve over a large cube.

2 oz. Eau De Vie
4 oz. Lemonade
1/2 oz. Lime juice
Shake all ingredients over ice and serve straight up or on-the-rocks in a salted or sugared glass.
Toasted Brandy Mule
2 oz. Apple Brandy
4 oz. AHC Ginger Cider or Ginger Beer
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. of Simple Syrup
Mix the Apple Brandy, lime juice & simple syrup. Pour over ice, top with our Ginger Cider and garnish with a lime wheel.
